SMS Messaging Terms & Conditions

Program description. When you opt in to the CMT Worldwide SMS program — by checking the SMS consent box on our contact form, submitting your mobile number through our website, or providing your number to a CMT Worldwide representative — you agree to receive SMS/text messages from CMT Worldwide. Messages may include appointment and service updates, account notifications, customer-care follow-ups, and occasional promotional offers related to our consulting and marketing services.

  • Message frequency: Recurring; message frequency varies based on your engagement, typically fewer than 10 messages per month.
  • Message & data rates: Message and data rates may apply per your mobile carrier plan. CMT Worldwide does not charge for the messages themselves.
  • Opt out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation message and you will not receive additional messages unless you opt in again.
  • Help: Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at support@cmtworldwide.net.
  • Carriers: Supported on major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • Consent: Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of any purchase or service.
  • Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder of the mobile number you provide.
